75min Valvo Technique Therapeutic Bodywork Session-$150 (60min-$125)
The Valvo Technique is a unique blend of many different Bodywork and other healing modalities I have learned over my 30+ years of practice. This 75 min Session works on a issue or block (Physical, Emotional or Spiritual) that is causing hardship or physical chronic/acute pain in your life. This process releases the energy that is bringing up negative emotions or pain that is impeding your progress and feelings of well-being.
This Session can include CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymph Drainage, Chakra/Energy work, Sound Therapy, Aromatherapy, Dialoguing and other Bodywork techniques.
Pediatric CranioSacral Therapy-$150
CranioSacral Therapy has been used safely and effectively for children. It is completely non invasive and can be used as an effective therapeutic tool for may childhood issues. Infants-16yrs

The Tarot is used as a medium to address life issues, create options and explore different perspectives and Guidance. Energy Clearings, Chakra Balancing and Guided Meditations are then performed to release re-occurring or stagnant energy in the body regarding these issues. You will leave the Session with a sense of knowing, re-assurance, inspiration and a new perspective about troubling life issues. It promotes lightness and peace in your mind, body and spirit.
