Hello my name is Rosina Valvo and I'd love to share a bit about my journey with you!!

I am currently an Advanced Level CranioSacral and Somato-Release Therapist, Board Certified Holistic Alternative Psychological Practitioner, and NJ State Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (NJ State Lic # 18KT00097600). I hold a Bachelors degree in Natural Health and have been in private practice since 1986. My specialty is in Spiritual Growth, Chronic Pain Management and Emotional “Core Clearing”.  I have studied extensively over the years with the top Holistic, Spiritual, Naturopathic Practitioners, Universal Energy Coaches and Mentors from all over the world and I'm so excited to bring those teachings forward to help heal as many as possible in the most fun and natural way possible...

Kind of a strange Career path right?

 I used many different methods to improve my health which brought me to Massage Therapy. It was a great place to start and offered relief to my neck and shoulder pain but it didn't do much for my debilitating migraines, intestinal issues and depression. I realized that one size did not fit all and Massage alone was just not going to cut it...but wait, there's more!!

I am Clairaudient and an Empath.

I had no idea what that even meant years ago when I started as an MT but then some weird things would happen when I worked on people...I began to feel my clients areas of pain (physical and emotional) in my own body!! It was crazy!!

So I started developing this Gift by "talking" with my client's bodies and my work began to change into something I never imagined...My clients were healing at a much deeper level and it created a "Ripple Effect" in the lives. They felt balanced Body, Mind & Spirit!!! 

Just so you know, I don't do Woo-Woo, lol

I am a true blue Italian Jersey Girl!!...Sooo, when I'm not working I'm usually out with family and friends enjoying good food, music, the beach or anything in nature and adventurous day trips. I LOVE to Meditate, hike and keep myself grounded. I am a student of life and enjoy learning anything from Quantum Physics, Cooking, Theology and of course Facebook, lol...I find it diverse and fun to engage in...I even like the controversial stuff, lol

I have such a great passion for what I do but I prefer to work with those who really want to commit to positive change in the quality of their lives, So if your ready I cant wait to work with you!
