After years of dedicated study, personal exploration, and deep dives into the emotional and spiritual dimensions of healing, I discovered the ideal balance for my own body. This inspired me to create "The Valvo Technique 3-Step Process," a method I've successfully used with clients ever since.

A session with me is more than just a massage—it's a journey into your soul. Instead of simply working on your muscles, I work with your entire being, facilitating deep healing without soreness or the release of toxins (no elbows needed!).

The Valvo Technique 3-Step Process:

Identify: Pinpointing the root causes of your discomfort.

Acknowledge: Bringing awareness to the physical and emotional restrictions that create negative patterns.

Release/Balance: Clearing those blockages to restore harmony and well-being.

I utilize CranioSacral Therapy to gently access your nervous system and empathic channels to connect with your energy system. This creates a powerful "Energetic Triad" between us and the pain or emotions you're ready to release. I also integrate techniques like Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial Release, Cupping, and other therapeutic massage modalities as needed to best support your unique healing process.

By identifying, acknowledging, and releasing these "clogged" energies, we can create profound shifts in your physical and emotional well-being, reducing pain and improving your overall quality of life.
