The Valvo Technique is a unique blend of many different Bodywork and other healing modalities I have learned over my 30+ years of practice. This 75 min Session works on a issue or block (physical, Emotional or Spiritual) that is causing hardship in your life. This process releases the energy that is bringing up negative emotions or pain that is impeding your progress and feelings of well-being.

To better understand Sound Healing think of two violin players. If the first violin player or the second violin player loses their sheet music, they begin to play out of tune, out of harmony. Pretty soon, they're playing out of "ease" and the entire orchestra sounds off. This is similar to how your organs work or any part of the body that is vibrating out of its normal, healthy, resonant frequency...Tuning Forks bring the body back into balance and harmony or "Resonance".
Resonance is the normal vibratory frequency of something. When we have a normal, healthy, resonant frequency, everything is fine, but if that frequency begins to shift and change then that part of our body is vibrating out of ease. It's vibrating out of harmony or "dis-eased". This is basically the principle of using sound for healing. We want to put that part of the body back into its healthy resonance. We want to somehow restore to the string player their sheet music. It's simply giving back to the person the frequency that is needed for creating a healthy, happy self.

Energy Clearings, Chakra Balancing and Guided Meditations are then performed to release re-occurring or stagnant energy in the body regarding these issues. You will leave the Session with a sense of knowing, re-assurance, inspiration and a new perspective about troubling life issues. It promotes lightness and peace in your mind, body and spirit.
